Fresh leaves of anti vata plants Plants, such as eranda ( ricinus communis ), Arka ( calotropis procera ), Nirgundi ( vitex negundo ) Rasna ( pluchea lanceolata ) etc, lemon is curcumin are tried with herbal oil and tied in to cloth boluses
These are clipped in to warm medicated oil and used for managing the body.
