Thakra dhara
Takra dhara is a form of shirodhara, an ayurvedic treatment method which involves continuos flow of medicate butter milk to the centre of forehead continuously for up to an hour a day. The process can last form 7 to 4 days.
Indications : psoriasis is other skin disease, sciatic neuropathy, headache ,depression, anxiety neurosis. Hypertension , IBS, dandruff, increased top, aneurysm etc.
Takra dhara usually done on head. It can be done over other body parts or whole body during some specific conditions
